Alumnus of ITESM Campus Queretaro in Communication Sciences. Writer and director of the short film “Hermelinda”, co‐writer for the documentary “A Bordo” and “Forajido”. The latter won Best Film for the 48 Hour Film Project in its first edition in our country. Currently she’s working as a freelance editor for HTV, Never Ending Light and a new project with creator Thomas Mignone in Los Angeles, California.


Bernardo LoyolaBernardo Loyola

A film editor and director born in Mexico City. He studied communication in Queretaro and earned an MFA in film at the City College in New York through a Fulbright Scholarship. His short film, “The Perfect Day” won national and international awards and has shown at various festivals around the world. He worked with Michael Moore in graphics for “Fahrenheit 9/11”.

As well as, documenting and editing the “Slacker Uprising” Tour. He edited and co‐wrote the award winning documentary “Heavy Metal in Baghdad” by Eddy Moretti and Suroosh Alvi. In the last three years he has filmed, edited, directed, and produced more than 80 documentaries for VBS‐TV, under the creative supervision of Spike Jonze. Recently he has participated in the edition of the documentary “Reincarnated”, which premiered at the 2012 Toronto Film Festival.
